Sometimes I slip into 5th and 3rd because it’s very hard to sustain a 4th sub when you’ve only been practicing for 2 months and stopped for 1 year because you weren’t into A Capella anymore.

Is this really subharmonic? I thought this was a false chord and subharmonic is created with vocal fry. I can do subharmonic but to produce the sound you do I use a different technique which is just false chord
