Compact, Comfortable, Precise and Economical.
Our new monobloc filling and capping machine series TVM 758 ensures increasing productivity and efficiency on the smallest footprint. With our technology we fulfill impressively the high demands of the pharmaceutical industry. After its tremendous ongoing evolution our new TVM 758 defines the standards in packaging of tablets into bottles.
The new TVM generation owns a counting module with a vision system for product control, a verified cleaning station, a desiccant inserting station, capping station with pre-torquer and re-torquer and labelling station, including a camera to orientate the containers always into the same position prior labelling.
An air rinsing stations cleans the containers by using sterile. The tare weighing station weighs the empty container weight prior filling tablets. The counting module counts precisely the defined number of products, like tablets, capsules or dragées and fills them into cleaned containers. The gross weighing station, subsequently to the filling station, controls the net filling weigh of each container. To ensure the high level of product safety a vision system for product inspection checks the tablets, capsules or dragées for chipped, broken or mixed up products, either in shape and colour prior filling. After a successful testing phase we are presenting our new developed capping system in our new machine generation. Cap application and cap torqueing with its specified and always repeatable torque – without clutches. Another vision system orientates the containers in the labelling station, until they are exactly orientated. before being labeled. 100% correct produced and verified containers are leaving the machine as good product. Further container printing happens on demand on their way to the EOL. Finally, the machine shines with its new design, including an indirect illumination and a new Human Machine Interface (HMI). The first machine of this new generation has been delivered already and is successfully integrated in our customers production. According to our motto: complex tasks, exciting solutions we concentrated all single processing steps of a regular packaging line in one single machine with smallest footprint.
