About Deep Blue Sea 3:
Emma Collins, an eminent marine biologist, and her crew have set up a mid-ocean laboratory over a sunken island town in the ocean where they are observing the first known Great White mating area. Unfortunately, the enhanced Bull Sharks that escaped in Deep Blue Sea 2 are also there with their own evolutionary goal: cross-breeding with the bigger, faster Great Whites. The mission’s patron, Richard Lowell, believes that the Bull Sharks contain the key to intelligence enhancement, which he secretly intends to sell for big profits. Now, Emma and her crew are trapped on crumbling stilt houses mere feet over the ocean, caught between predators above and below the water.

Disappointed is the word I would use to describe how I feel about this trailer. The original film was such an awesome thrill ride with convincing special effects, cool music, great cast, and a unique story. It deserves better than two less than interesting direct to video derivatives.

Only recently did I find out DBS has gotten a third sequel. And it should. Best shark movie series only behind Jaws. And maybe 47 Meters Down, maybe. It's top 3 though, without question. Really like how they also do a variety of sharks: makos for the first one, and bulls for the second and third one, something the other films I just mentioned never did. Maybe I'll watch them again this Shark Week. ;)
