It was so scary to approach cleaning mine as they feel so delicate, but this guide worked perfectly!

Oh my god you have literally saved my life. Before I found this video I had used a pair of the Everyday Earbuds and had volume issues within the first 3 months of buying them, I then sent them back after stuff like factory reset didn't work and gotten a new pair. And today they were having volume issues and I was devastated bc it had been around the 3 month mark again so I was all prepared to have to return these and never get this brand again. I thought these earbuds had broke and I was looking to buy new ones. I had loved the way these sounded too so it saddened me that these weren't working like they used to. Its actually kind of insane the difference in volume. I had to put them on max to even hear my left earbud slightly, but as soon as I just cleaned it; it immediately returned to normal. Im a normie who doesn't usually like vids, but im definitely dropping one for saving me from replacing them

Omg I was about to send my Raycon earbuds back or simply buy a new pair of different ones because the volume on the right earbud was considerably lower than the left. I cleaned them as you showed and WOW. Unbelievable that it was that easy. Thank you for saving me money!!

Thanks for this video, I thought my earbuds were busted but you inspired me to be brave enough to actually disassemble the things and realize that I wasn't going to break them by taking them apart. I cleaned the screen off in my right earbud and now it's just as loud as my left one

I know like a thousand people have already done so, but *thannk you.* I'm used to having to buy new wiered earbuds from wire failure over time and was afraid I'd have to replace my Raycons after just a few months of use. *so* glad I checked online before buying!

This is one of those things you hate to admit what the problem was but you're glad the solution was easy and the fix isn't much a hassle basically clean your ears, and your raycons or any earbuds you thought were broken every now and then and avoid paying for extra

Lol I really didn’t think it was that easy. All I did was dampen the q-tip with some water and touch the screen on the headphone and now it is sounds fine again. This method doesn’t clean as much as the method mentioned in the video but it definitely clears things up pretty well.

Thank you for this video!! I cleaned my Raycon E25's last week. The right earbud sound was greatly reduced. Today, after watching your video yesterday, I cleaned the right one -- this time removing and cleaning the screen. It was back to full sound afterwards, but then my left earbud volume seemed reduced. Then I cleaned THAT one, screen and all. Now both are back to normal and sound is balanced again. Yay!!!
