▬ Information ▬
House of the Dragon is an American fantasy drama television series created by George R. R. Martin and Ryan J. Condal for HBO. It is a prequel to the television series Game of Thrones and is based on Martin's 2018 novel Fire & Blood. Set two hundred years before the events of Game of Thrones, the series chronicles the beginning of the end of House Targaryen, the events leading up to the Targaryen civil war, known as the "Dance of the Dragons", and the war itself. The main contenders are Houses Targaryen, Hightower, Stark, Baratheon, Arryn and Velaryon.

Game of Thrones is an American fantasy drama television series created for HBO by David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. Based on the fantasy novel series, A Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin. The series is set on the fictional continents of Westeros and Essos, and interweaves several plot lines with a large ensemble cast. The first narrative arc follows a civil conflict among several noble houses for the Iron Throne of the Seven Kingdoms; the second covers the attempts to reclaim the throne by the exiled last scion of the realm's deposed ruling dynasty; the third chronicles the rising threat of the impending winter, the legendary creatures and fierce peoples of the North.

All Red Arrows and Circles are placed in thumbnail for comedic and parody purpose. They do not point to or highlight anything in specific and are just there to make fun of other trash and awful YouTubers who use it to bait people. In short: The red arrows are pointing to the friends we made along the way.

"What's it like working with a fan like Condal?"

"I like Ira Parker a lot. Terrific guy."

George spent decades trying to get successful in television and somehow never learned that television itself has its own game of thrones.

Every time George speaks or writes the words "Winds of Winter" it is delayed another 24 hours.

Says it's easier working on Wow yet it's taking him like 14 years to write a satisfying manuscript lol

You mentioned how GRRM hadn’t even mentioned Condal’s name, plus the demonetization of your videos possibly caused by talking about Mr. Condal…. Maybe you should play it safe and start referring to him as “he whose name may not be spoken.” 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

When A Dance with Dragons came out I was finishing High School. Now I'm about to finish my PHD program before Winds of Winter gets released

It's literally taking GRRM longer to finish Winds of Winter than it took for me to get my bachelors, masters, and doctrate degrees (combined)

Let that sink in

George isn’t interested and completely bored, also wants nothing to do with Westeros or ASOIAF. He’s still into fever dream.

I cannot believe GRRM doesn't have a non-disparagement clause in his HBO contract. Demonetize him not the guy that reports it.

I have little sympathy for George. You’d think he’d have learned his lesson about pitfalls in adapting his material after GoT’s season 8. He should write in a clause in every contract he signs giving him the right to veto plot, characters, storylines he doesn’t like. He’s got enough power to stipulate that. No creative control, no contract. I have no doubt HBO would sign it—they need George more than he needs them.

Of course, it is easier working on something you'll never finish...because you're too busy critiquing TV shows

If George indeed considers his characters as his children then it's good he does not have actual children since he has proven himself the kind of dad that leaves his children to die in his basement for 14yrs and counting

George just needs to finish his books.

Dude is sitting here complaining about omitted characters affecting an ending to his books that’s entirely different on the show which is entirely his fault for not finishing the books. He’s sitting there complaining about how many feet a dragon has on a banner as if it matters to literally anyone or anything. He’s producing yet another spinoff, Dunk and Egg, which is also unfinished. And the breaks between the dunk and eggs short novels are as long as the winds of winter and a dance of dragons: George needs to spend less time talking and more time writing.

Man George is just rambling in that interview, does not give any confidence this man can still write the books

LOL Paul W.S. Anderson catching strays like he DIDN'T direct the absolutely iconic and unparalleled 1995 Mortal Kombat.

GRRM, how is it easier working on Winds when you are still writing it after 14 years. The franchise is 30 next year and we’re still waiting for Act 2 to begin.
