Great video thanks Doc.

16/8 fasting works well for me starting at 8pm and finishing at mid day the following day. I have never been a breakfast person with no appetite in morning which I guess helps with this fasting period. I tried 24hr but struggled and it made me feel ‘hangry’ well before 24hrs was up but will try that again at some point.

It definitely increased my energy and combined with eating healthy food reduced bloating and heaviness as well as gradual weight loss.

I do one day a week, Monday is my fasting day with black coffee...
Sunday is my treat of the week, a Macdonalds sausage & egg muffin with a black coffee 😉

Hi 👋 Dr. Hulme. Intermittent fasting confuses me. We were told over and over again to have 3 fruits 🍉 5 veggies 🥦 so much protein, so much fibre, blah blah blah per day very day. Now everyone talks about intermittent fasting. I don’t eat after 7.00pm and I’m not hungry in the mornings so I don’t eat till about 12.00pm anyway. Ive been told I’m not fasting though as I have a cappuccino
(no sugar) every morning at around 7.00am. Does a bit of milk really matter ? I don’t think I can fast longer than that, I’ve tried and by night time I’m really cranky. Thanks. ❤️Jodie 🇦🇺
