Hi, my name is Jen I am 44 and live in Connecticut with my husband and 8 year old son. I am a stay-at-home Mom and full-time YouTuber with a degree in business with a focus in marketing. Before leaving work when my son was born, I was a commercial lender at a bank. I also worked at Sephora and Macy's doing visual merchandising.
I have dry skin with some hyperpigmentation and fine lines. I love natural makeup looks but occasionally go outside my comfort zone a little bit. The pink undereye brightener is such a gamechanger for those no-makeup-makeup days. I use that with a little powder on top and it is so amazing, I instantly just look more awake. One of the best products I discovered in the last year!

Yes Catrice and Essence are one parent company - Cosnova. Also wanna give a shout out for Catrice aloe vera eyeshadow sticks (there are 4 shades of them available) - theyre sooo easy to blend and theyre incredibly creamy and soft on the eyes, not too stiff thus making it a pleasure to apply and while they can be totally blended away they can be layered. Love them so much and hope theyll do more colors. 040, 030, 010 are my faves.

I love Catrice, so sad they left the US and Ulta. When I was in Europe their drugstore had the full line in Germany and I bought the foundation serum and I love it now mind you I have normal to combo skin. Their eyeshadows are also very good! Love Catrice products. I'm a young 60 with sensitive skin and I can use most of the products they offer. With the skin tint I find if I wear a hydrating primer under it. It does alot better. And I have to use a tiny bit more of it than I do of thier true skin foundation. Which is my go to foundation. The eyeshadow looked great on you.

I ordered the catrice face palette. I could use that. I agree on the catrice line not being on Ulta. I never knew about them since you mentioned them. A shame they they left Ulta.
