Where do i find communities interested in this stuff?
I want to learn and share, im pretty much a noob in this scene yet and need to learn a lot yet.
A cheap 150/750 newton is already there on EQ3 mount, and as much the EQ3 is hated for photography, despite not really able to control this GoTo mount i think its AWESOME.
I BET EQ5 and 6 Pro are better, but hey i paid like 300$ for the 750 newton with goto mount, pretty much unbeatable in price for a total beginner

But im worried a bit… only if i want tracking… i need at least 250$ for a Asi 120 Mono Mini and a guiding scope or 300$+ for off axis guiding.

Is there any other chance of getting away cheaper with astrophotography? 300€ for the telescope… ok, just fine.
But for proper tracking another 300€?

Hey Nico. I hate to be a pain, but I have another question. The Leonard comet that should be visible in the next 2 weeks, they say it won't be visible to the naked eye, but should be visible with binoculars. Would I be able to see it and photograph it with a 250mm camera lens? Or a 300mm? Is there anything unique about photographing a comet vs any other deep sky object?

Love your channel but I'm dubious about Patreon. I loath sites that collect money for (mostly0 worthy causes, but skim millions in windfall profits. For every dollar donated, how much do you actually get (net)? What does it cost patrons? Fees? What is the best way to contribute?
