When I set up mine batteries were in keyboard wrong way. Consequently mouse works but keyboard doesn't. Does anyone know how to fix? Switched off PC unplugged dongle took out batteries in mouse and keyboard then plugged dongle in replaced batteries. No joy. Batteries are new.

Can you make it work without plugging the bluetooth device? My laptop already has a bluetooth and I don't have much room for USBs.
