First heard it in 2000 . Back then I was in High school and could escape from school to lunch time to listen to reggae music on a radio program which would play these songs from 1pm to 3pm . Since then I listen to it if am loosing my way and it helps me get back on track.

Reminds me of my stepfather and my time in Ocho Rios in the late 70's-early 80's. This song played many of Sundays while we were cutting the grass with a machete. And cleaning up the yard. Raking up the rubbish and burning it later that evening. We would throw almonds into the pile of grass and leaves to roast and eat them. After a while these tiny lizards and frogs would come flying out of the burning pile smoking ! Will never forget those times or this song and others like it from that era.
