My parents immigrated to Canada from Pakistan in the 80s. I was born and raised in Toronto where my mother fed me Pakistani dishes each and every day. I always wondered, how good is the cuisine from Pakistan in comparison to what I grew up eating?

In Marrakech a 1 kilo of roasted underground lamb cost 25 euros, but OMG it was delicious they only serve it with salt and cumin plus bread dipped in the lamb fat
