Hello Oliver, Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you and your family. I really appreciate all that you do to share your work via YouTube. I have learned heaps and I am now able to (mostly) take care of my own storm water and sewer drainage blockages as a result. I use a tiny little Karcher pressure washer with some hose and nozzles from Amazon. Takes much longer to cut through the roots as I only have about 1200psi but it's a bit of fun and very satisfying when I finally do get things flowing again.😀

I really appreciate customers who appreciate workers like the lady that brought you a nice glass of water and was helpful and considerate for those customers I go the extra mile although I go that extra mile anyway because some people need to know they're loved they've had a hard time and it can heal them
