What it is:
A large brush with a pointed head shape and super fine synthetic fibers for high definition coverage and finishing effects.

What it does:
The synthetic fibers of this brush grasp liquid formula without fully absorbing it, giving maximum and even product payoff on the skin for optimum coverage with a minimal product waste. The large, pointed shape allows it to reach the delicate and detailed areas of the face around the eyes and nose. It is ideal for finishing and blending but also to cover larger areas with broad sweeps, and for buffing to a flawless finish. Each brush is made with over 100,000 bristles and is large enough for neck and décolleté applications.

Suggested Usage:
-For targeted use, buff in product and then pat and roll product onto the desired area.
-For full coverage, massage product into skin in a circular buffing motion.
-Sweep foundation formula off top of the hand for even pick up.
-Use broad sweeps along the sides of the face, starting towards the center of your face and sweeping out. Repeat this process along the forehead.
-Use the pointed tip and short downward sweeps to apply product to delicate areas of the face, such as the bridge and corners of the nose and under eyes.
-Finish by applying product in broad sweeps along the jawline, starting from the ear and moving towards the chin. Blend product from the jawline to the neck, using short downward strokes.

Have you tried the Mac Jacobs face 2 and/or face 3 brush? I LOVE both of those for foundation. You would probably like the face 2 better if you are used to a more patted method with your beauty blender. In your comments you said you see the Nars setting powder. Is that the loose or pressed version. I really don't like loose powders for the mess they tend to make, but I've heard the pressed version is not that good. What are your thoughts? Thanks!

I had bought this brush and wasn't that impressed with it, I will stick to my beauty blender.  But in answer to it not standing the plastic case it came in, just on the other end and will stand up.
