I had this in a episode of psychosis for 30 days. I only "came to" every once in a while, every few days, only to hallucinate and go back "down" again. Very scary stuff

I had cotard delusion. Purely terrifying and it feels so disgusting! I went down to 135 pounds as a man who is 6'3 tall. And this was in summer 2020 so when i asked family to hug me they refused bc of sociak distancing.😢
