Hi, I am your host Siddhartha! I have been an entrepreneur from 2012-2017 building two products AddoDoc and Babygogo. After selling my company to SHEROES, I and my partner Nansi decided to start up again. But we felt unequipped in our skillset in 2018 to build a large company. We had known 0-1 journey from our startups but lacked the experience of building 1-10 journeys.

Hence was born The Neon Show (Earlier 100x Entrepreneur) to learn from founders and investors, the mindset to scale yourself and your company. This quest still keeps us excited even after 5 years and doing 200+ episodes.

Most of the people in Indian IT industry come from very humble backgrounds. Their risk taking ability is very low. So they prefer to work for others rather than thinking outside the box. Nothing wrong about that.

Our education system is designed to create a salves not a businessman and Inventord

At the end, what initiative Infosys done for the issues he is saying ? Any educational institutions to provide better education? Even a private paid school with descent curriculum? Mr Murthy will crib with problems in India and does he implemented any solutions to his scope ? I remember Shiv Nadar founded SSN Engineering college and use to place students in HCL. Can Infosys reveal what percentage they spend for employee training and upscaling employees.

Cyber cooli is a fact but it serves as the base for next level technological capabilities same as once China started with manufacturing to become the engineering coolies for the world and finally progressed through R&D. We need to improve per capita income. Low per capita income and long work hours are stopping us to create a sustainable startup environment in India.

Already happened in India, Chennai. It is ZOHO. That's the only company having head-to-head matching product like Google. Mailing System, CRM, Accounting Modules, Project Management tools etc All other Indian IT companies are nothing but body shoppers and BPOs.

What about companies that are in India ? Ok they are not so great but some one has to start mean companies like boat, Flipkart, Rapido etc has started and doing well.Its really sad that when people can't see any opportunities or create any business in high purchasing power country which is not there before 2015.
