I think the only reason Scary Larry looks short compared to Mary is because Mary made him shorter in the process to make him a pure evil villain instead of a broken, but that backfired in the Secret Ending, even though it's not cannon

Full explanation: larry mary and barry were teachers at a school larry had a crush on mary so one day he gives her a love letter she is also his bully after she reads it she laughs and says "its a love letter hahahah! " then she shows barry barey says "poor guy" then yeah they continue with their day and mary makes her assignment but she needs to test it on someone so she goes to larrys room with barry and asks him to test her assignment promising she wouldn't hurt him so he agrees she test the key on him and it worked she also lied and told hik the love letter was so sweet then she did it to barry tyen herself so then its the purge he goes out but fails after being beaten up by us players oh yeah the key made larry evil so she experiments on him for years and years on stop and yes he is in pain their origin is showed in the new ending. I know this because a few minutes earlier i just finished the ending hopes this helps for those who are confused (btw they might be students or teachers lol bc I'm still researching abt break in rn and I can't figure out witch on but it's bc he wanders the Hall and is abnormally tall I say he's a teacher with Mary, and Barry)
