Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway is saying her final goodbyes to her beloved husband Derek Draper at the church in north London where they married nearly two decades ago.

Kate, 56, and Derek got married in the church back in September 2005, and today the TV presenter and her family turned out for his funeral.

The mum-of-two wore a long black cloak as she arrived at the Church of St Mary The Virgin in Primrose Hill on Friday and was joined by her two children, which she shares with Derek, Darcey, 17, and Billy, 14.

Derek's daughter Darcey was one of pallbearers and helped to carry her father's coffin into the church her parents got married.

Kate's ITV co-stars with Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard were among the mourners who attended the former political lobbyist-turned-psychologist's funeral, following his death last month.

Elton John, who became a "huge friend" to Kate and Derek, and former Prime Minister Tony Blair was also in attendance.

My goodness, I was a bearer for a dear friend a couple of years ago. It was the toughest thing I have ever done and I am in my 50s. For this young girl to carry her dad, wow, hats off to her. Very brave.
