if i buy fc 24 standard edition will i be able to play ultimate team, rivals and fut champs and so on?

Loyalty discount is already there is PlayStation store (if you purchased fifa 23 previously). the thing is I'm not sure if I subscribed to EA Play shall the extra 10% (becomes 20% in total) kick in and get that huge discount or not!?!
