Hi, I’m 13 years old. I love your videos button and I’ve been watching them for over six years. I have always wanted to have an ax and power saw in my hand since I was a little boy I have bought several vintage axhead and I hung them. I have a double bit from the beginning of the logging age in the United States from 1873. I put handles and sharpened all of them because I started watching you. You inspired me buckin and I love your energy that you bring in all your videos. It’s so kind and warming.

Hi Billy Ray I’m a 67 year old women and cut about 45 cord a year. I cut it from the standing tree to stack dryer and ready to burn. It is a wonderful and joyful way for me to get a workout and I love doing it. I live in the Northern part of New Hampshire USA and have 567 acres of land I heat my home with wood and love every minute of it. I have bough some shirts from you and will be ordering again 😊 I 😅 have Dolmar 6800 saw and a Stihl 500i ported also a Stihl MS 261 CM 22:37 that is ported and Husky 592XP that is ported my favorite is the 550i and the the Stihl 261

I have a similar hung-up pine, about 50-feet tall on my property. Over the years I've been go through my mind on how to cut it down. I was going to try to cut it down exactly as Buckin' did in this video. After watching Buckin' perform his work, I'm leaving the tree alone. I don't have the expertise to do this safely. Respect Buckin'.

Hey bucking that saw is just making want to go cutting in Ireland here Iv a pipe on my 365 and it has made some difference to the throttle response and it runs way cooler people be freaking out when they see it oh you will blow it up and so on its on it 3 years now and not a bother on it because I never run her with a dull chain and never ever hold her open wide I use the throttle clear my chain and bar several times in the cut in the wood let her warm up before I open her let her cool before I turn her off I love cutting and what u said about pulling you into the wood is 💯 true I never have to push on the handle and when I do it gets the file you taught me how to file and I'm so grateful for that and always will be

Funny that you said that Buckin
In my life I saw my dad for only 8 months...
The message that I remember from him was.
"Every action got a reaction"
And you just said that ❤

Love the content and feed back and the man behind the saws ❤😊
It has been a great learning experience getting the opportunity to build for you and having the support and guiding hand of the Goat “Iron Horse “

Your chains are always spot on. No vibration, no chatter.
I believe that 86'er is the ultimate sleeper saw. Ive run a ported 390, so the 86' er has got to be just awesome. You say, "tune the chain to the amount of power you have available at your fingertip."

I am a retired logger twenty five years felling and you can tell if someone can run a chainsaw in a few seconds this man can run a saw I have ran i think just about all the saw out there from 125 MC to stihl husky and a lot of other like p-48 p-52 p-62 biggest tree that I fell was in salmon river CA had 30, 000 board feet of lumber in it I was hell copter logging then Billy begins back memories thank you still running saws just got a 500i ported fast saw all kinds of power and zipe but my favorite saw is still husky I was going to get a 592 and have it ported but what stop me was the weight Iam 68 now just doing little jobs now firewood and milling I use my husky for milling stay safe everyone

Hey Buckin', you can definitely hear and ''see'' the response from the trigger after she's warmed up! That's a sweet saw!

Cleaning hangers and snags are scary business! As Buckin says often; have an escape route off the stump and ALWAYS Look Up!

Long time Stihl operator, love em for sure but have recently started using a ported 372 and 385. Have to say they are beasts. Comfortable to use, easy to work on and responsive to port work. They are my go to now, thank you Buckin for your influence and sharing your expertise.

Nice cutter! Looks like the hardest part of running that saw is pulling the trigger! Very nice to see! Thanks man!

Hey BBRS! My brother from another mother! Thanks for your advice a month ago or so about the 592XP vs 500i. Turns out, I purchased the 592XPG with heated grips and 36” bar . Bucking anywhere from 30” to my largest 63” in diameter. This saw is awesome! More power is great to have in these large timbers. Each 16” slab weighs anywhere from 300-500 lbs easy and takes two guys to stand one slab up. I don’t know if there’s any easier way to cut these up once laid down on its side but I have to quaternary them to process them into firewood. Your skills impress me more and more each video! Legend! My friend! Cheers.

Buckin, the 86 is a beast for sure, but your filing don’t hurt it either! You know as better than me, a good sharp chain can make most good saws look good! Been with you for awhile, stay safe as always, Ronnie East, Tennessee

That saw is a beast to be doing what he was doing. I am impressed with the way it handled the weight of the rounds laying back on it, and it just pulled through it like nothing. It put me in the mind of a 395 watching it cut. Nice one, Buckin.
