you know what’s something that would be interesting: an arts district! it’s one thing to have all these practical farms, but what about a gallery for all the paintings, or an outdoor kiln and all the pottery sherds? it would be good balance between the practical things and builds that are just for aesthetics!

The cave underneath could become a dark elf (Drow) city or village. Maybe it’s a secret civilization that the citizens of path don’t know about. There could even be secret tunnels for them to steal supplies and food

I appreciate the peak behind the curtain. Its very easy for me to sit and be impressed by builds, but its also easy to forget just how much work actually goes into actually designing things before the first block actually gets placed.

I suggested that for your dwarven city you should build a tavern/bar building and for the city of path you should build a two story building that is part cafe/bakery hybrid building. I think that would a interesting build to try as well.

make the doors for the dwarve houses a little smaller so it really gives the vibes that there lives little people and add of those big dwarf statutes that you always see at the keep and the castle with those big axes

I have an very interesting idea, you should build a custom cherry blossom biome, but put it near a natural or custom snowy peak, sort of resembling mt fuji in a way

That Axiom symmetry tool goes crazy, easily shaved hours off the time spent texturing everything! Absolutely incredible tool right there. It’s very fun to see the build planning process, great video!

fWhip, I LOVED this video. Seriously. I'm not at all a good player, I die constantly and I don't think I'll ever be able to build huge, massive things lke this, but I do have an immense pleasure in watching then being built. Also, the fact that you're being honest about the burnout? That is SO relatable.

I love this new project. I think it could be interesting to build in a very blocky style / brutalist mixed with fantasy to reflect the idea that dwarves create big things but on larger scales than the other kingdoms. It might be also cool to create this area only with those types of grand builds that would contrast with the size of its people, maybe ? all in all very excited to see what's next !

I recently got a WoW inspired idea too, though from several expansions ago. I got inspired by the class halls from I think….Legion? Can’t remember—and I’m building towns for villagers inspired by classic RPG classes.

So a warlock-y town, a paladin-y town, a ranger-y town, etc.

It’s been loads of fun. Ive been reserving a “thematic” block or two for each class that I use exclusively in those class villages.

For example, since Amethyst is my “Mage” block, the only place you’ll find it is in the mage village.

This makes it so even when building with classics like spruce and stone, the identity is preserved without going over the top.

It’s been a blast. Especially figuring out what should make the Paladin class town different from the Priest class town, etc,
