A hearty, delicious and easy buckwheat salad recipe!🥗
A gluten-free flavor that you can enjoy at every meal :)

Ingredients:
1 cup buckwheat
2 cups water

Sauce:
Pomegranate molasses/ balsamic vinegar
1 lemon juice
Red pepper flakes
Salt
Olive oil

Salad:
Lettuce
1 cup parsley
Coriander
Dill
Sunflower seeds
Dried blueberries

Steps:
Saute buckwheat in olive oil. add salt.
Add water, when boiling, simmer with a lid on.
Whisk sauce ingredients.
Add half of the dressing to buckwheat and half to salad.
Add buckwheat to the salad and serve.
