Roddy Piper, the best Scotsman to come out of Canada.

Piper is more technical and was hard as hell to put down. He rivaled greats like Bret Hart and showed he just how dangerous he was in the ring multiple times because of how intense yet clever and sneaky he was. He won the us title and won a few titles in the Nwa. He could probably beat pre time skip Drew.
However, post time skip Drew is an entirely different story. He’s strong as hell, fast as hell, and looks like he can kick anyone’s ass. But instead he kicks them in the face. He won the wwe championship twice and the tag team championship.
Overall, as much as I like Hot Rod, I’m giving it to Drew. But it would definitely not be easy.
