Star Trek: Prodigy - Main Theme | VioDance Violin Cover

Due to popular demand, here it is, Star trek Prodigy vioCover! Had to borrow the Doc's mobile emitter, but we returned it fully charged!

All video and audio edition and production made by VioDance, Davor Jelacic & Rebeca "Becky" Sanchez.

We used AI to animate the green screen footage so it blends better with the style of Star Trek Prodigy. 3D character animation is VERY time consuming and requires a big team of talented people to pull off the great visuals of the show. We are a small team of two, so we had to compromise. This video is our first foray into AI, so excuse the weirdness and jankieness of the animations. In the future we hope to get a MoCap suit so we can do more videos in fully digital environments.

Also I'm gonna agree with anybody here saying that Star Trek: Prodigy is good and NOT just for kids. It is. AMAZING. The second season incorporates a lot of characters from other Treks and does them pretty darn well (with of course, the real actors playing their voices), there's insane time-travel and alternate universe shenanigans, and WTF THAT ENDING SCENE.

Not to mention just the artwork for the show itself, in general, all the time, is gorgeous. Every time I watch an episode, I see a TON of images that make me think "That'd make an AWESOME poster/sci-fi magazine cover." Take that, and ALSO add really freaking good writing and voice-acting...

It NEEDS a third season, but if it doesn't get one? I'm glad it did at least get two.
