This principle seems to span from currents in the neutrino sea, through traveling coherent matter waves and nano-ball lightning dust all the way down to coherent spin currents and lattice vibrations at the gigahertz and terahertz frequency ranges.

The common denominator appears to be a scale-invariant magnetic scaffolding and spatio-temporal coherence across these scales. But I might be skipping over too many details here because we don't really understand the physics yet...
