One of the things I love about Arcane is that they add little details even at the individual frame level. In this, Powder flashes to Jinx for just a few frames a couple times - blink and you'll miss it.
One is where the firelight emerges from Powder's mouth with flowers in the background, then single frame of Jinx with neon "X'"'s replacing the highlights on the flowers. . The Firelights group led by Ekko represent hope, growth, nature, wellbeing - with their name taken from the bug. It's been suggested that the firelight leaving Jinx indicates her losing that future.
Another is when she "shoots" at the enforcers with her fingers - just a frame or two of her as jinx just before the cut.
Back in Arcane itself, ep9, during the finale dinner scene - when Jinx is being traumatized by her memories and Vi is calling out Milo, Claggor and Vander's names - Vander is shown in various states, frame by frame - as himself, and as his monstrous shimmered version. Unless you freeze frame it, I doubt anyone sees it - but the artists put it there... because, art.

SillyChaos made a neat video called "Frame by Frame" which explores what's happening in Jinx's scratchy effects.

Idk why but the little detail that breaks me the most from this clip is Powder and Jinx's facial expressions towards the end. They doesn't even look malicious; they both look resigned, heartbroken, depressed, tired and ultimately emotionless.

The moment that hits hardest every time I watch this is the series of quick cuts near the end between the faces of Powder, child Powder, and then Jinx - all three with the same exhausted, resigned, and heartbroken looks on their faces.

Edited to add - The other little visual storytelling moment that sticks with me is the cut from Powder pounding at the walls, on which Jinx's face is projected, to Jinx standing tall behind Powder. It shows the duality of what Jinx means to Powder - she is both Powder's tormentor and protector. Powder feels trapped by Jinx, but Jinx is also what finally makes Powder strong enough to stand on her own without Vi.

I really loved this scene because it kinda shows how Powder is trying to break free. Either it can be interpreted as Powder trying to break free from Jinx as her future or Powder trying to break through the mind of Jinx as she got older

I like how at 3:09 - 3:15 indicates that Jinx is Powder's tormentor, but in a weird way, she's also her protector

I really like how they reused assets from the show to create these new scenes for the video. Fortiche is amazing.

As a League of Legends player for 8 years, this is an absolutely masterpiece, seeing characters we play, being known for the whole world is simply amazing, hope Season 2 of Arcane is way better than S1

This artstyle is so gorgeous so stylized and fun to watch, I've never watched Arcane but I could pick up on some kind of storyline with this video. Poor powder think we can all relate to being scared and vulnerable as a kid

Right at @2:00, that single frame of Jinx when she pulls the trigger - just brilliant!

If yall want to, dive into all of Riot's cinematics, champion trailers, Tales of Runterra and music videos, they're always so well done, and the art style changes depending on some of the stories.
I highly recommend, if you want a taste test: Villain by KDA (concept video), Awaken (2019 season cinematic) and Annie: Origins (Champion cinematic).
They have 3 virtual bands: KDA (kpop style girl group), True Damage (pop/hiphop) and Pentakill (heavy metal).

You can actually catch the Band sitting in the background of the bar in the show too.

The video adds a lot of additional depth to the relationship between Powder and Ekko and Powder and Vi that isnt that important to the story but adds a lot to the lore of the show. Its interesting that things werent always roses and lollipops between VI and Powder and they had a real relationship with real frustrations.

But also so much symbolism. And here's the bit no-one seems to get. At the end of the video, in the very final moments **POWDER IS GONE**.

Since you liked this one so much, I'll bet you'll really enjoy the VoicePlay version of this song too. If you think an a capella version of a song can't be a banger, prepare to be amazed. And the VP members even cosplay as the Arcane characters!
Great reaction to a cool song!
