Day Out With Thomas on the Strasburg Rail Road

Thomas the Tank Engine and Percy operate on the Strasburg Rail Road. "Day Out With Thomas" is an opportunity to see and ride behind Thomas the Tank Engine in full size. The Strasburg Rail Road does an excellent job, coordinating their regular hourly tourist train with Canadian National 2-6-0 89 to meet with Thomas the Tank Engine and Percy as they leave the station every half-hour.

I certainly hope that number 89 will operate for many more years on the Strasburg railroad and I wish they would put her original Three chime whistle back on her the last time she had that whistle was back in 2010
