I've been shooting bow since my teens and in local tournaments for 20 yrs. I've stopped for the last 4 years and now getting back into it. Thanks to your videos, I've switched to a hinge release and made significant changes for my shooting form and bow settings. I'm actually shooting better now then when I was in my 40's. Thanks Robert. Keep up the good work.

Good tips. I am a big culprit of the bicep and lat draw cycle with the elbow down. Definitely over bowed. I just need to suck it up and commit to changing it.

I definitely have struggled with my release hand elbow being too high. Lengthening my DLoop to 1 1/4” has helped for sure. Do you think lengthing DL in combination with the longer loop would help as well?
