Hi Tara. Give this protein powder a try. It’s called Organic plant base Vega protein powder. I use the Berry. I do 3 big handfuls of baby spinach, 1/2 cup blueberries, scoop of protein powder, berry flavored fiber powder one 12 oz water and 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar and blend.

This was a great video, per usual! I wash our bedding weekly. We have 3 dogs who all sleep on the bed at times. That equals lots of “good lord what is that” kind of moments 😂

My dogs sleep on my bed with me every night! Cause my wife works nights. I wash the bedding every other week just because my blanket is HUGE!!! My bed is a king and it’s one of those Sherpa and fleece quilts!

The Vital Collagen powder actually has a ton of protein. I just add a stevia packet and a slash of vanilla extract to counteract the greens flavor that a vanilla protein powder normally would.
