I have a 2011 mdx Acura and recently my rt side mirror was replaced. After the installation, neither mirror would work simultaneously. I brought it back to we're it was installed, and they claim it's correct. When I move the adjustment indicator to left or right that becomes the only mirror working in reverse. Help help. To me it should be both working together

I had q similar problem . A/C was blowing cold air in the rear of the vehicle, blowing cool air at the passenger location and blowing warm (not hot) air at the driver location.
I removed the driver side door blend actuator and manually repositioned the doors to the cool position and I still had the same problem.
Turned out the system was low on refrigerant. Recharged it and it is now working like a champ.
This flew against common sense in my brain. Logic said it must be a bad actuator.
Hope this helps and prevents you wasting time (and possibly lots of money on a new actuator).

Thanks for the video. Mine blows hot in the rear AC. Have to reach back to turn it off otherwise pure hot air. Also makes noise under the dash, driver's side. Also there was a humming behind the climate control center console after turning off the car, which caused the battery to drain. Any tips?

What would be your next troubleshooting step if the blend door actuator moved during electronic control manipulations? (My actuator moves when I press cool or hot but still hot on drivers side when trying for cool air).

What about the reAr cold but front is blowing warm air

I changed the actuator on the driver side and it still blowing hot air on the driver side, So what do you think is the problem next to that ?

Mine makes noise one part seems to be missing . But I fiddle with it and it stops making the annoing noise for it seems like the season. Because it only does it in winter with the cold and we run the heater

Very good video. Thank you. I have a 2015 RDX. I have the same problem, not cold air coming out the driver side only when the car is parked out in the heat of the sun. If it's parked in the garage or early morning, when I turn the AC on, both sides are cold. Is it the actuator?

Is the actuator on the driver side right below the steering column? Remove the plastic cover will get access to it? I have exactly the same vehicle as yours.
