"What did I do to deserve this?I mean what specificly?"
Well, I have a theory for "what specificly".
Why Death came for Puss in boots before Puss' time has come?
Because Puss didn't appreciate any of his lost lifes.Even Death thinks that life is sacred and hates ones who don't appreciate life.
When Puss showed that he appreciates his last life and ready to fight for this, Death left him alone (And I think he was secretely proud of Puss' inner change inside.)
Jack Horner didn't appreciate lifes of others(and was even ready to sacrifice them for achieving his goals), so he died before his time has come.This is what "specifilcly" he died for.For not appreciating the life.The same would likely happen with Puss in boots if he didn't change.
As John Kramer said "those who don't appreciate life do not deserve life".

Before I watched the movie I thought that "The last wish" supossed to mean that it is about death coming for Puss in Boots(I'm talking about "the last request").
