After playing with Blastoise the last 2 days I think I can safely say he is S tier.

One of the things I really liked about your tier list was you specified what you were unsure about but still gave thoughts on things. I know you focused this guide on the build you played but I'd have really liked if you had included thoughts on possible other builds even if you were unsure about them like laning with Surf&Hydro with basically the Snorlax insec gameplan to initiate unfavourable fights for the enemy and with Surf+ giving a shield it allows some late game shield stacking with score shield if you go that route. Great vid anyhow.

What do you think about running energy amp over wise glasses? I ran the numbers in practice mode and energy amp increases Ult by 707 dmg and wise glasses only does by 195

Seriously needs a nerf. Just had a 1v1 against blastoise with talonflame I hitted hin with 3 bravebird and 6 aerial ace and lived with 15% hp thats way to op for having such power
