Sweet treats for sweet souls!
Try these amazing peach muffins, absolute delicious and perfect with coffee!

Ingredients 🌸
1 Egg ( room temperature )
85g Sugar
55g Butter ( melted )
25g Yogurt ( room temperature )
Few drops of vanilla Essence
115g Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of salt
63g Milk ( room temperature )
Finely chopped Peaches

- Take a bowl and add egg , sugar , butter , yogurt and vanilla essence! Mix until sugar gets completely dissolved!
- ⁠Now add all dry ingredients and mix well! Gradually add milk and mix until no lumps left!
- ⁠Now add peaches and mix gently!

Transfer batter evenly into muffin tray and bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 20 - 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!

Let them cool completely and enjoy!!
