It would be difficult for prepackaged chocolates, like Hershey's, as any melting/friction of the packaging would rub the bumps off. But smaller chocolate shops could sell products like this.

For those who don't know, tempering chocolate isn't just melting and refrigerating chocolate. If you done it right, proper cocoa butter crystals will align themselves like sentient nanobots at room temp to harden and get shiny. It won't melt until you hold it on your hands and in your mouth, even if it's even been chilled in the fridge
