3:51 For that final rectangle gap with multiple small pipes going through the wall you can fabricate a DIY draft curtain to hang from maybe the third chest-high cross board. Use whatever plastic, vinyl or rubbery material you have laying around cut into 4-inch wide four foot long strips that overlap each other in a two-sided patttern stapled or sandwiched with a suitable scrap pair of boards. Bolt this drape rig across that cross board then fish the strips through the weird mass of pipes then clip all the tails together at the floor end with a couple of thin slats of scrap wood and any spring clamps you have around. It will get rid of 85% to 95% of the draft going through there in all but the worst conditions. Cost is next to nothing but time if you use stuff you've got laying around.

What you could do for the pipes off those augers near the front is similar to what we do in networking. They make panels with a passthrough that just has a long brush to keep other stuff like dust or unwanted cables from going through. For that size opening, you could get one of those brush style rock deflectors you see on the back of some RVs.

If I remember correctly, last video yout spoke about using a hand grinder to cur tin.

Another freat way that I have used a lot is using a circular saw with the blade put on backwards
Works very well
