Guided cosmos patterns & value culture for doable goal development for Jan 2025

Intuition is a powerful tool that is lost in the dominant left-brain culture. Tapping back into creativity can be as easy as exploring the natural patterns surrounding us. I have found that goal-setting is a challenge for many people who fear thinking about setting them or writing them out. There is a lack of ease in committing. This will reflect in being able to make decisions and good choices independent of others' opinions and perspectives. Unfortunately, when others hijack decisions away it becomes their goal desires. Most people seeking input from friends are seeking empathy not direction. This guided pattern I am sharing is modelled on a pattern of the cosmos that introduces a new inner model of behaviour. A behaviour of independence and interdependence. It increases windows of tolerance and reduces stress, fear and anxiety. It's replaced with confidence and self-esteem.
