I worked in a few care areas as an RN including a little time in the OR. Based on my experience, in general, ICU nurses lack emotional awareness. Very few people met me where I was during my education process. I had higher expectations.

Im going to become a full on Anesthesiologist and the science & math just scares me. Especially because I have learning curves. I try to not doubt myself but sometimes seeing certain things drive me to doubt myself…I am hoping to have the same confidence and faith as you.
