This was confirmed to be a bug, they will change it in the future.

Why Riot keeps adding broken and overloaded champs? Champions are not multi-tools they should synergise with each other.

Nilah blocking Turret Shots isn't something that will be in-game, it will be fixed because it wasnt intended

It's literally same every time. Riot makes a new champion, adds op skill set, add ton of healing or any health/immortality thing (like Renata w), literally steal some champions' kit then release. After release, nerf it to the ground. New patch but same thing. Lost my faith on Rito Games

They always give this turret block just to realize that its broken and remove it later

They did it with Pantheon, Akali, Yasuo just to name a few
