Steps To Follow:
1) Data source should contain two columns.
2) Select "Visual" and go to Filter Pane.
3) Choose "Filters on this Visual" and select filtering field.
4) Select "TOP N" to filter top 10 values and apply filter.
5) We got Top 10 ten values in Power BI Table.
