C'est une bonne et légitime idée de L'UE d'utiliser les bénéfices des avoirs russes gelés pour aider à reconstruire et à armer l'Ukraine. Par ailleurs la Russie prétend que cette idée serait une violation du droit international alors qu'elle même en viole toutes les lois.En ce qui concerne de mettre l'économie européenne sur le pied de guerre, c'est aussi une bonne idée sans oublier toutefois de faire construire dans toutes l'Europe, dès abris nucléaires pour protéger les populations.🎉
