I dropped my Note 3, unfortunately the screen was damaged and went completely black: thanks to SideSync I can still use my smartphone while I wait for the new display to arrive! Samsung is just the best <3

I'm trying to transfer photos from my S7 to my Win 10 desktop, ideally to a subdirectory rather than the root of my boot drive, but whatever. I had a heck of a time even getting the software to work. It is mirroring the screen just fine but all I have is a round blue circle when I try to actually move files and nothing moves. When I try to move a whole directory of images I choke the application because I have more than 1000 images. Something is seriously unintuitive about this whole process.

Its not working for samsung j2 ace give me some solutions. Afte it connects the screen becomes blank and nothing shows on sync screen.
