Sight would be the most important sense for me. Without sight I would feel so lost and depressed. So sight is number one sense for me. And loyalty and faithfulness and forgiveness are most important in relationships. Success for me is to love what you do and find peace in life. Not religious, but do have a personal belief in a higher power, I choose to call God. Thank you, Rachel, for sharing your story and letting others know it okay to ask for help. I also, suffer from bipolar 2 depression, and recently went to a new doctor and now taking a much better med that has helped me so much. And as far as who i admire....that would be my amazing daughters and my husband. Thank you for your crafting tips and info, and for working hard to continue to bring us great videos.

Yes Rachel you be proud of you for getting help <3 No shame at all. You said it all very well. I am agoraphobic, and have depression and anxiety. Most days I do well :) I really like our little chats. I am new to diamond painting. After watching you for a bit and under your guidance I ordered a 60x80 cm Howard Robinson from Treasure Studios Art, mentioned you when I purchased it. Unfortunately it's gonna take a million years to get here, no fault of theirs. So I sent hubby out on a mission..got a Bob Ross dp. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Not full drill, bad drills, I could go on but I won't. These will be great practice for the real thing. I realize I'm gonna need storage organization real fast. Anyway thank you for sharing with us. Funny you should mention the connection about the senses of smell and taste being so linked. I think it's mainly so linked because we are raised to associate smell and taste as a combined sense when we're young, that as we get sick and/or congested people seem to lose their sense of smell and tastes get dulled. However, if you happen to be born without that sense of smell (as I was) you actually never learn to associate taste and smell. So personally, I think that those two senses are only linked so greatly because of learned behaviors. Of course, that's just my personal opinion based on only personal experience.

I know its an American charity, but my close friend runs a charity called the Ammon Foundation, which provides people who have suffered through the disease of addiction and are blessed enough to have changed their lives around with scholarships to further their education while also providing the support for them to continue pursuing a life of sobriety. I myself am a recovering addict and can say with emense you that I have been clean 2 1/2 years.

My mom was actually born without her sense of smell. Pretty sure her taste was affected as well. I think if I had to choose I’d pick sights. I would hate to not be able to see the beautiful sunsets we have in the Mississippi delta

I get myself some help to. I have 22q11. So i need help with mental healt things... Big step for me. I don't ask for help that easy. It is so far very help full that people finally listen to me en take me serieous.
