SikaCoat®-500 Super is a one component, water-base, liquid elastic waterproofing coating, based on styrene-acrylic copolymers with integral micro-fibre reinforcement. SikaCoat®-500 Super coating system is formulated to provide enhanced tensile strength of the coating product and forms a flexible, tough and durable reinforced protective waterproofing membrane layer. It is suitable for use in hot and tropical climates.

Usage
■ Waterproofing of flat (horizontal) roofs and on other types of substrates, including concrete decks / roof, asbestos roof, roof tiles (either concrete or clay type), cement mortar, metal / zinc roofs, tiles

■ Vertical wall coating against surface water infiltration, bricks with plaster layer, mortars, roof tiles, repair of tiles and zinc eaves

For flat roof, can we apply Sika 500 as the 1st layer on top of the concrete slab, then add 2nd layer with Penten T-100 to enhance the waterproofing?

Hi there, my exterior wall keeps getting white stains. Suspect there are water seepages causing paint efflorescene. Does sikacoat-500 seal all the cracks then can i paint over with jotashield antifade. Will this prevent the white stains from forming again
