The wilderness looks so much better than the regular one, the new grille finally doesn’t look like a ford! Please facelift the regular models too

Thanks for the "Can you sleep in it" bit. This is super important IMO and I hope you spend more time on it in the future in other reviews. This is such a great option for affordable travel in remote places.

Wilderness hands down! The styling is so much better than the regular Forester!

I want the Wilderness, but the Hybrid is what actually makes sense for our driving habits.

We own eboxer Forester in Japan.

Happy to see the strong hybrid.

Depending on the new Mitsubishi Delica D:5, this Forester hybrid might be our next vehicle.

The wilderness looks really good Want to see it in the autumn green going up the mountain test course

This Wilderness model looks a lot better than the current models, and way better than the Crosstrek Wilderness. I was hoping for the return of real controls for the HVAC system, but I guess we are still stuck with the touch screen.

I think the look of the new wilderness is pretty cool, but I didn’t see anything that makes this drastically better than the older wilderness. I have the 22 Forester Wilderness (off-road it all the time on moderate trails) and prefer the actual dials for controls…although, having a place for your phone is nice 😂

targeting a 2026 model....would love a forester wilderness hybrid!

Although I love the idea of a wilderness trim, I want the hybrid. I think it's just more practical since it'll be my daily driver. Definitely thinking about getting one of these.

that grill change made a BIG difference. I hated that regular model upgrade last year. That new grill on the Wilderness looks sharper.

No one reviews Subaru's better than Ryan.

Why cant Subaru add a nice front cam and 360deg?

In less than a week I will have exchanged my 2020 Forester mild-hybrid, after 165000 care free kilometres in Sweden, never on spike-tires, and a new one with the same e-boxer on merely 2 litres will continue to serve. And the "gear-box" works so much better and powerful now. What a perfect companion it has been, and I anticipate from the New One! Nordkapp 2025?

I was really hoping to see a Wilderness Hybrid, but if they need the spare tire space for the battery I guess it’s just as well. I guess I can be happy with my ‘23 FW and it’s full size matching spare for the foreseeable future!

I like the Wilderness of course. But 580 Miles of range with the hybrid is very appealing when one enjoys long trips in the U.S.

Good that they're finally building a hybrid that people will actually buy. If the number of RAV4 hybrids and regular Foresters I see are any indication, they'll sell a ton of these where I live. Just goofy that there doesn't appear to be a Wilderness Hybrid and yet again they seem unwilling/unable to put a full size spare in anything other than an Outback.

Can Subaru PLEASE ditch the in-screen HVAC?
