The very fact that you are wasting time to discuss Biren Singh 's continuity is an exercise in futiliy. That there is total breakdown of law and order in Manipur and complete failure of Biren Singh is beyond the obvious. That Biren Singh is partisan in his handling of the administration is clear to all. The only step that can bring confidence to all sections of the society is to remove Biren Singh and invoke article 356 in the state. Anything short of this would only escalate the crisis there.

One for Meetei. One For Meetei Pangal. One for Nagas and one for Kukis.. and after that NRC will be implemented
