Gosh, were you ever a timely find. We are going to reno the home we currently are living in and then build. We will both be approximately 74 when we sell. Your instruction checklist and channel have taught me more in a couple of hours than I have learned over the past 10 years. Thank you for what you do.

The rain chain at the end of the video was also a nice touch! Beautiful home!

Awesome tour, please do more, so fun to watch! Especially as I'm from Sweden and the American houses are so different, in my mind - quite exclusive many times. Surely, we have exclusive houses here as well, but in a "Swedish" standard and I'm used to that, always much more fun to watch American houses with all the upgrades, trinkets and pure luxurious features.

Please do more videos like this, every month, every week, every day even! 😋❤

That Frig's lifespan will be super short. A frig needs a spcific amoutn of clearance around it to operate as designed. It's too tight around it.

Nice house. That crawl space is crazy big! Looks like they could have had a walk-out basement and a lot more square footage with a few manageable changes in the design.

Microwave in a closet?
Great Lenai.
Lighted stairs is smart.
Driveway drain is smart.

Wall-mounted faucets don't collect grime like sink / surface mounted faucets.

Nothing like setting tools on the nice quartz countertops!! Good chance that when you go to buy another fridge, it won’t fit !!!

Homeowners in my region, they are having permanent Christmas Lights built into their homes.

As I get older I see myself preferring handle sets over doorknobs, particularly since I’m remodeling my “age in place” home. But for years I avoided handle sets; for some reason I must be exactly the right (or wrong) height and would get the side pockets of dress pants caught in them, tearing the pants and ruining them (which was no fun if they were part of a suit). But since I work from home and plan to until I retire, that reason no longer applies to me.

They should remote mount the LV Panel other places. Storage closets, under the stairs, etc. Then just use an ethernet balun to view it on any TV in the house. Then run POE WAPs across the home for WIFI. that home is too nice to have the LV SWC in the primary closet.

Your wife is beautiful man. Congratulations. The ending reminded me of my long time girlfriend 😆 Also I’m bookmarking this video for when I finally build my custom home. Thanks for the content!

❤ Toto Neorest is worth every dime. Once you have used one, you'll regret having to use a regular toilet.

The plaster fireplace mantle looks like plaster! The shower tiles look like cheap laminate marble tiles. The refrigerator is not counter depth. They should have done an integrated fridge with panels. Microwave in the pantry is a terrible idea! No landing space. An appliance garage or a wall microwave would have been better. The wood floors look nice.
