Ferrari are strengthening their technical department, with Mercedes engineers expected to join Loic Serra and Lewis Hamilton on their way to Maranello. Former Mercedes Technical Director and CTO Mike Elliott, who paid the price for the failed W14 project, is among those expected to make the switch.

Oscar seems more grounded than Lando in general and is frankly more likeable. This has little to do with on track performance although the steadiness Oscar exhibits certainly can pay dividends on track performance. It also makes for an easier relationship in the garage and behind the pit wall which also can play a part. Avery convincing young talent, it’s easier for me to cheer him on while Lando’s frat boy demeanour and less mature personality will probably play against him in the long run. I think Oscar will ultimately exceed Lando in the end.

All Lando has done is snicker that Lewis only won because of his car. And even recently he got snippy with Hamilton just 2 weeks ago with that same sentiment. So, Lando can keep holding these L's, as far as I'm concerned.😂 He keeps beating himself up in the media, I couldn't care less. Take a cue from your much younger teammate: Develop some maturity, and humility, and quit acting like a 14 year old.👍
