- to look at God in the light of the gospel.
- He is for me.
- "If God is for me, then who can be against me?"
- What has God decreed?
-He fixed everything for us, that's why we have Joy.
- to believe them
& faith in what is true will always lead to joy in Christian life. The knowledge of knowing the truth about what God has done for you.

I have struggled on and off over the past 10 yrs on my walk with Christ to discern true teachings from not true teachings. However, I have come to recognise a pattern in certain teachers of the word who continually tell us to read our bibles. That Gods word is the primary source in which we can hear from God, then they follow this statement with speaking on prayer. We must pray always, followed by learnings about the Holy Spirit. These preachers always base their teachings straight out of the word of God without twisting or distorting the words. There are only three teachers I know listen to today as appose to ten or more as early as a year back. These teachers are David Hernandez, John MacArthur and Paul Washer. These Guys knock my socks off with their teachings and they all convey the same messages around how important and imperative it is to read the Gospel and keep on reading it. They speak of prayer and the importance and significant s of this practice and lastly I love hearing teachings from David Hernandez on the Holy Spirit. Now obviously they talk about a lot more however, between these three teachers they share so much a like. Paul Washer is probably my favourite because he speaks with so much passion, intensity and seems to also really care about our salvation or lack of it from young people to the more mature. Paul has really convicted me on the true necessity of reading the word, so much so that I am starting from the beginning and reading, meditating on what I read and at the same time, learning to memorise scripture. Through listening to the teachings of Paul I have realised that the more l immerse myself in Gods word the more I seperate myself from the world. I wish to thank Paul for his truth in sharing the Gospel. In my heart I do not feel that I am being falsely led. May our Lord and Saviour continue to use Paul John and David in delivering solid scripture. I’m reminded of 2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man be thoroughly equipped for every good work. That you my brother Paul, May God continue to use you in speaking His truth to many. Shalom 🕊️🙏🙂

Ive seen this talk in clips where so, so many people comment about how Paul Washer has "ruined their happiness in the faith".... 😂 All from a talk that literally begins with "I want you to have more joy..." This man is one of the most sincere I've heard, and you can feel the palpable love coming from him and the sheer desperation with which he tries to lead people to the joy of the Lord.
