I know rolling coal is a thing but Brandon might be looking a bit too much into this one. Looks like the driver of the truck just stepped on it because he was trying to get into the left lane which was moving a bit faster. Right place wrong time at worst but I personally wouldn’t really take offense.

These Tesla drivers are so convinced of themselves they believe every diesel truck is rolling coal on them, but when you actually pay attention you see that most of them are just speeding up to change lanes or go somewhere else and you just happen to be there. I promise, your Tesla isn’t making you the target you want to be most of the time.
