It’s funny you know. The ‘foxy eye’ as you called it has been called numerous things over the different decades. ‘Party’ eye ‘Cats’ eye, ‘Smokey’ eye, ‘Glam’ eye and I know another name but it escapes me atm. A ‘new’ look? Not so much but a very CLASSIC look that I’ve always loved and always will. I’m only 50 so I’m sure it won’t be the last names we know it by. I’ve never worn full eye liner as my almond/cat eyes make it look like they’re closed more if I take liner to inner corners...half eye liner for me, always. Thx for explaining simply to all the other ladies. We all need to have a go to look that doesn’t take an hour. Stay beautiful 💛🇦🇺

I’m in my 50’s and I was born with the lovely hooded eyes. I’ve been doing this look since my teen years! 😂. My friends would ask me how do you always get the cat eye look with your shadow? I crack up when I see somehow it’s now a trend and called foxy eye. Lol! 😂

I have hooded eyes but people think my eyes are my best feature. I hadn't a clue as to how to do this look on my eyes. You've got me wearing eyeshadow on the regular at 51. Smooches.

I have very hooded eyes and on top of that I wear glasses(for my eyes' condition, I can even wear contact lenses). This is very helpful (all your videos in fact). I'm in my 40's and eyeshadow is a challenge simply because until I went to college, my mum did not let us wear make up (not even powder, that woman was brutal 😂). But I ended not being interested in learning about until my late 30's (guess who was pushing me to learn about it later on...yup mum 😅)

I have been digging the foxy eye quite a bit lately. I am always trying to find simple ways to look older since I look like an 18-year-old college student when I'm really a grown-ass 30-year-old woman. It's also great for those days when you are too lazy or pressed on time to do a proper cat eye (though an eyeliner stamp does help get the job done quicker). Elongating the eyes in any way helps age me up, I think.
