The Honda CB200X and the Hero Xpulse 200 may seem like different motorcycles and there's some truth to that. The CB200X is an upgraded commuter with upmarket bodywork, while the XPulse 200 is a beginner off-roading motorcycle that will open the door to a completely different world, quite literally. If Xpulse had the body work like CB200X it would be a dream bike for me. I love how the CB200X looks but prefer Xpulse's overall performance and what it offers.

TVS XL100 can also perform good on good roads but the question is who delivers good ride quality on all types of road. It is Xpulse.
And it is going more refined with its upcoming 4V engine.

My native is Chennai and xpulse makes a lot of sense because of its upswept exhaust who’s is blessing in floods 😂 and that ground clearance and very low maintenance among the 200cc bikes ✌🏻

Honda seems a step below in everything nowadays. What they offer is already been notched up a level and offered by another manufacturer. Honda needs to step a little in performance and step down in price

"Commuter++". Nailed it Shumi! I love the fact that 200x has desirable ride ergonomics unlike other entries in the huge commuter segment. A 200cc adv from TVS would be a home run IMO.

I always wanted a bike that looks like ADV, providing upright posture, mileage and comfort. CB200x is designed for people like me. I bought a Himalayan, which I use most often for commuting in cities. If Honda CB200X was available 2 years ago, I would have bought it over Himalayan. Himalayan is an awesome bike on highways but the mileage and puncture anxiety is too stressful to handle.

Xpulse any day... During my touring days I have clocked over kms... With paved roads, off roads and no roads... Having a versatile bike makes sense...
